Inline Water Level Control Structures™ effectively manage water levels in fields, wetlands, ponds, and other areas by adjusting stoplogs to your desired height. The structure is built of rugged ½" PVC with anodized aluminum corner extrusions and stainless steel screws. Flexible couplers allow many types of pipe to attach. This design allows controlled outlet flow, retention of nutrients, and improved flood mitigation.
Structures are constructed of rugged ½" PVC with a lockable plastic lid. Stainless steel screws and custom anodized aluminum corner extrusions provide strength and durability*.
Stoplogs are used for adjusting water levels and come pre-installed in 5" and 7" heights with lifting hooks facing the downstream/outlet side. The handle (included) is used to easily add, remove, or adjust stoplogs.
Stoplog maintenance: Remove stoplogs, grease seals with Ultra Lube (included), clear debris from tracks and bottom, then replace stoplogs, installing the bottom board first. Align stoplogs firmly against one side of the track to minimize seepage. Stoplogs must remain in the track during structure installation.
Structures are designed for gravity flow; some seepage may occur.
