What Information Does Agri Drain Collect?

Agri Drain Corporation does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, email address) from you from the Site unless you voluntarily provide it to us, either by requesting information or completing a transaction. When you perform a transaction on the Site, you supply your Company Name, Your Name, Physical or Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Credit Card information. Customer Information Received From Other Sources:

We may receive customer information from a third party source. Information we receive from other sources may include updated delivery and address information from our freight carriers or other third parties, which we use to update our records so that your next transaction goes smoothly and your package ends up in the correct place.

How Is This Information Used?

We only share customer information with Agri Drain Corporation affiliates as described below that are either subject to this Privacy Notice, or that follow procedures to protect customer privacy that are at least as protective as this Privacy Notice.

Agri Drain Affiliates: Agri Drain Corporation works closely with affiliated businesses. These businesses include Ag Drainage Management Coalition and Ecosystem Services Exchange. We may share customer information with these businesses in order to better serve our customers, or to provide customers with additional services that may be useful to them. Information provided to these affiliates may include name and address of the customer. Customers who do not wish to have their information shared with these affiliates may notify Agri Drain Corporation.
Third Party Service Providers: Agri Drain Corporation works with various third party service providers in order to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments, sending postal mail, and delivering packages. These service providers only have access to the customer information necessary to perform their respective functions and may not use the information for any other purpose.
